The Deco Building fronting onto Bath road was restored during summer 2008 and converted into seven units. Stainless steel and glass balconies were added with Chauncey's hardwood decking. This we produced specially with inserted carborundum anti-slip strips.

Internally, CHAUNCEY's 15mm Wideplank engineered boards were used throughout the flats.
