AN ELEGANT FOUR STOREY GEORGIAN FACELIFT

GEORGIAN TOWNHOUSE REFURBISHMENT:

This elegant Georgian townhouse was completely refurbished during summer 2009. Most of the tired old floors were either replaced with Chauncey's Solid Castle Oak Flooring if the originals were beyond repair, or where the originals were structurally sound but not very pretty, they were overlaid with our Chauncey's FSC 15mm Tectonic Oak boarding giving the appearance of solid oak throughout.

The top bathroom/shower room was boarded out with Chauncey's Iroko Tectonic Boarding,
