Sika T2 Liquid Batten System

[1] Pierce inner seal on cartridge , or place T2 sausage in bulk applicator gun.

[2] Pre-cut nozzle as shown to give a 'V' shaped profile approximately 10mm high x 8mm wide.

[3] Holding Nozzle at right angles to the substrate, extrude a triangular shaped bead of adhesive approximately 10mm high x 8mm wide at 250mm centres.

Within 1 hour, place the timber flooring into the adhesive whilst it is still tacky.Firm to line & level using a mallet and block if necessary. Uncured adhesive can be easily removed using Sika Thinner C or Hanzl wipes

[4] After a minimum of 12 hours the timber can be sanded and finished as required.
