DURAGUARD is a two part lacquer for high traffic use and commercial applications.

DURASEAL is a one part lacquer for domestic use.

CHAUNCEY'S DURAGUARD

DESCRIPTION:

DURAGUARD  is a 2-component water based polyurethane seal providing an extremely clear flexible coating with outstanding abrasion, scuff and chemical resistance.  The two components are easily mixed by shaking and do not require the use of special mixing equipment.

USES:

DURAGUARD has been developed for use in areas subject to considerable trafficking, where the requirements are for a coating with extremely high abrasion and chemical resistance and which is non-hazardous in use.

PROPERTIES:

• Fast curing - about 90mins between coats
• Extremely clear and flexible finish
• Outstanding abrasion and scuff resistance
• Easily maintained
• High chemical resistance
• Quick drying time
• Very low odour     

COVERAGE:

Approximately 12 – 15 m2 per litre.  i.e. 5 litre = 3 coats on approx. 20m2. Can be applied with a roller, applicator or brush. Wash rollers etc with soapy warm water.

CHAUNCEY'S DURASEAL

 DESCRIPTION:

DURASEAL  is a specially developed unmodified 100% water based Polyurethane seal for wood and cork flooring that will provide a clear, flexible , abrasion and chemical resistant finish which is easily maintained.

USES:

DURASEAL has been developed for use on new or re-sanded hardwood, softwood or cork floors.  It is suitable for use in both commercial and domestic areas and for re-coating pre-finished floors.

 PROPERTIES:

• Fast curing - about 90mins between coats
• Clear flexible finish
• Excellent abrasion resistance
• Easily maintained
• High chemical resistance
• Quick drying time
• Very low odour
