Chauncey's kiln dried extra-wide Douglas Fir boards are superb in regular 285mm (11.25") wide widths produced from locally grown 70% (min) FSC timber. Using only timber harvested from sustainably managed forests in Dorset, we are helping to keep board miles to a minimum.
Machined to a generous 28mm thick, and long lengths, these boards are nice and stable. They are machined with square edges, so are suitable for traditional flooring, shelving or joinery.
