Our Boards: Chauncey's specialise in longer and wider boards. Although we do offer narrower boards where required, our boards are generally much longer than our competitors for an equvalent price. We offer a range of prefinishing and antiquing which can be tailored to meet your individual project requirements.

Customer Service: Our customers are central to everything we do. Chauncey's has been around since 1988, and since then we have built our reputation by delivering consistantly high quality products and service. We are an individual company, not part of a group. We produce most of our lines in the EU, and our sales staff are experts on flooring, so can offer valuable fitting and design advice. We work closely with a wide range of clients from architects to designers.

Quality Control is very important to us. We take great care to ensure that machining is superb and that moisture levels are consistent throughout our stocks. We have humidity controlled warehousing with large stocks to ensure that your flooring arrives on site in perfect condition. As trade suppliers, we know how important it is to make sure that orders arrive on site, on time, every time.
